A private mountain world above San Martin de los Andes
Set on the hillside of Cerro Chapelco, Vistas Del Sur rises inside Las Pendientes, the only private ski and mountain village in Argentina. Here, lenga forests, snow-covered valleys, and the silence of altitude create a landscape that feels untouched, almost suspended in time. The forest opens, and the mountain breathes again.
In winter, the mountain transforms entirely. Las Pendientes offers two private slopes, your own lifts, and true ski-in / ski-out access straight from the villa door, ski school, equipment rental, and transfers directly to Cerro Chapelco.
For extended adventures, Cerro Chapelco lies just minutes away, with 28 slopes and 1,600 skiable hectares.
Winter at Vistas del Sur is long, quiet, and immersive, with snow from June to October.
S U M M E R
When the snow melts, a new Patagonia appears. Native forests, mountain ridges, crystal-clear streams and endless trails unfolding in every direction.
Summer brings trekking through ancient forests, mountain-bike routes for all levels, horseback riding overlooking the Andes, paragliding above the Chapelco range, rafting and fly fishing in pristine rivers.
The air is pure, the silence deep, and every path leads to new vistas.
